| 摘 要： | 针对当前煤炭企业出现前所未有的人才断档和断层的现象,开办在职煤炭中专班在一定程度上缓解了煤炭企业人才奇缺的现状。从实际情况出发,构建在职煤炭中专班矿山测量课程模块化体系,选择和运用不同的教学方式,提高教学质量,以适应煤炭企业技能型人才培养的需要。实践证明:教学效果良好,为测量课程的教学提供了一定的借鉴。

| Abstract: | In view of the current coal enterprises talent discontinued items and faults phenomenon, organizing incumbent coal secondary classes can solve the lack of qualified personnel in coal enterprise status to a certain extent. In order to adapt to the coal enterprise talents training needs, from the actual situation, construction of incumbent coal secondary classes mine surveying modular system, selecting and applying different teaching methods, improving teaching quality. The teaching effect is good, for surveying course provides certain reference. |
