| Abstract: | The imperfect of information mechanism in vocational colleges has brought serious shackles to the development of information technology. In this essay, we present the idea to create CIO system, to establish the information construction leading group, to improve the examination and evaluation system, to clear business structure and responsibilities mechanism in vocational colleges. This is the most important prerequisite for the information construction achievements. |
