| 摘 要： | 2000年以来,中职教师在职攻读硕士学位制度在我国获得了较快发展,有效提高了我国中等职业学校的师资质量,但在其培养的各个环节,包括学位、目标、招生、课程、教学、管理、学员、导师、毕业、模式等方面也都出现了一系列矛盾。对此,我国相关部门应立足现实、联系实际,逐步解决上述矛盾,完善中职教师在职攻读硕士学位制度。

| Abstract: | The institution of in-service teachers of secondary vocational schools pursing a master's degree in China developed very fast,which effectively enhance the teachers' force of secondary vocational schools. However,there appears a series of contradictions in various aspects of training,including degree,objectives,enrollment,curriculum,teaching,management,students,tutors,graduate and patterns. In this regard,the relevant departments should base the reality and gradually solve the contradictions above and perfect the system of in-service teachers pursuing a master's degree. |
