摘    要:随着服务业的重要性上升,越来越多的学者开始关注创新流程。同时,全球化正推动着创新流程变得越来越开放。现在有一条公认的智慧,即创新是源于合作和跨越专业或组织边界的知识,尤其是知识密集型服务业(KIBS)的创新更需要跨越各类边界去获取外部知识。从组织边界理论入手,明确了组织边界跨越能力的3个构成要素,以及探索其与知识整合和开放式服务创新之间的关系。利用224家KIBS企业的调研数据,发现IT能力对开放式服务创新有显著的正向影响,而网络能力和吸收能力对开放式服务创新并没有显著的直接影响,而是通过知识整合这一中介变量达到影响效果。研究结果有助于丰富对开放式服务创新的理解,从而为KIBS企业更好的实现开放式服务创新提供一定的参考价值。

Study on the Impact of Organizational Boundaries Spanning Competence on the Open Service Innovation
Abstract:As services become more important for society, researchers are dedicating more time to understanding their innova-tion processes. At the same time, globalization and new information technologies are pushing innovation processes to become more and more open. Now there is a generally accepted wisdom that innovation comes from collaboration and knowledge across organizational boundaries, especially in Knowledge Intensive Business Services (KIBS) firms, which need to span all kinds of boundaries to acquire the external knowledge. Based on the theory of organizational boundaries, it introduce the concep-tion of organizational boundaries spanning competence; it identify three boundary spanning capabilities of and empirically test how these capabilities impact knowledge integration and open service innovation. Using 224 samples of data collected from KIBS enterprises, it found that IT capability has significant positive influence to the open service innovation, while network com-petence and absorptive capacity have no significant direct impact on open service innovation, but knowledge integration has wholly mediator effect between them. The results of this study is helpful to enrich the understanding of the open service innova-tion, so as to provide some certain reference value for better implementing the open service innovation in KIBS firms.
