| 摘 要： | 探索新兴技术竞争优势的测度方法,有助于我们把握技术前沿的竞争态势,推动科技成果的转化。采用四象限图示分析方法和雷达图示分析方法,借助Relecura专业知识产权分析平台,以细胞免疫治疗为实证,对技术主体的综合竞争优势和高产机构在主要技术领域、子领域、IPC代码的竞争优势进行了分析。就专利技术战略布局的前瞻性指标而言,美国国立卫生研究院和美国卫生与公众服务部两个机构最具有前瞻性。就创造高价值专利的执行力而言,美国国立卫生研究院和Celera公司具有相对比较强的创造高价值专利技术的执行力。高产机构在主要技术领域的竞争优势各异,美国卫生与公众服务部在更多的技术子领域和IPC代码具有优势。

Measuring Competitive Advantage of Emerging Technologies:Based on 4-quadrant and Radar Analysis |

| Abstract: | Exploring the competitive advantage of emerging technologies, will help us understand the developing trend of technology frontiers, and improve patents commercialization. Competitive advantages both for innovators and technology fields, sub-fields and IPC, have been explored by employing four-quadrant analysis and radar image analysis based on Relecura professional IP platform, and the emerging technology of Cell Immunotherapy is selected as the sample. NIH and HHS play the important role in terms of the indicator of Completeness of Vision. NIH and Celera Corp. are betters in terms of the indicator of Ability to Execute. Competitive advantages of prolific institutions vary, yet HHS has more advantages in terms of sub-technology and IPC. |
