| 摘 要： | 共生创新系统是创新系统发展演进的产物,是国家创新系统、区域创新系统、行业创新系统跨边界整合的新形态。介绍了共生创新系统的演进历程,从边界拓展视角对创新系统演进进行了解释;分析了其5个方面的结构层次及其关系,从共生演化、复杂巨系统、协同论的视角阐释了共生创新系统的运行机理,并提出了相关政策启示。

| Abstract: | The co-existing innovation system is offspring of the development of innovation system and new pat-tern of the integration of national innovation system, regional innovation system and sectoral innovation system across their boundaries. The authors introduce the evolving process of innovation system, analyze five layers and the relationship between them and give explanation of the operating mechanism from the perspective of co-exist, complex giant system and synergetic theory. At last the author put forward some implications for policy making in innovation practice. |
