摘    要:当前全球经济一体化进程的加快,使得企业间国际知识流动的重要性日益凸显。同时我国正实施以市场为主导的创新驱动发展战略,期望实现由传统技术追赶向国际前沿创新的模式转型,越来越多的新兴产业企业正面临着高度国际化而政府干预较少的市场化竞争,而这些企业的国际知识流动也开始出现了复杂网络化的新形势。由此,通过构建基于企业知识基础观的国际知识流动分析框架,探讨这些国际化程度较高但政府规制较少的特定情境下新兴产业的国际知识流动及内在影响机制。通过以光伏产业为例,构建了37家企业的国际专利引用知识网络,利用检验关系数据的QAP分析法验证了企业的内外部因素7个变量对国际知识流动的影响。研究结果表明,我国光伏企业高度参与了国际知识流动,而专利家族布局相似性、RD强度相似性及技术相似性正向促进国际知识流动;企业员工规模相似性反向影响国际知识流动;利润率相似性、固定资产规模相似性以及产业环境相似性对国际知识流动没有显著影响。

A QAP-Based Analysis of the Key Factors to the International Knowledge Flows:An Empirical Study of Photovoltaic Industry
Abstract:With the acceleration of the global economic integration, firms' international knowledge flow have become more obvious. Meanwhile, our country are taking a market-based and innovation-driven development strategy, expecting to achieve the transition from traditional technology catch-up to international cutting-edge innovation. More and more firms are facing the highly international but less market intervention competition, and the international knowledge flow between firms are also appear complex and cyber new phenomenon. Thus, through building an international knowledge flow framework based on knowledge-based view, this paper attempts to explore the international knowledge flow and its internal mechanism of emerging industry based on the highly international but less market intervention context-specific. In this paper, we take the photovoltaic industry as an example, and build a 37-firm level international patent citation knowledge network, through the QAP method to test the effect of firms' internal and external factors (seven variables) on the international knowledge flow. The research results show that our photovoltaic industry has highly involved in the international knowledge flow, while the patent family layout similarity, R&D intensity similarity and technology similarity have a promotion effect on the behavior of international knowledge flow, while firm staff size similarity reverse influence international knowledge flow, and profit margins similarity, firms' fixed assets scale similarity and industry environment similarity have no influence on the international knowledge flow.
