| 摘 要： | 以广州汽车集团股份有限公司作为典型案例,借助新服务开发活动理论SAT模型,探索了我国企业技术能力结构的演化路径。研究结果表明:(1)技术能力构建过程经历了从专有技术、应用性共性技术到基础性共性技术的转换过程,说明企业从利用自身资源到提升内部资源质量再逐步呈现外部合作多元化和集中化的趋势;(2)技术能力结构演化是不断吸收外部创新资源并与现有技术能力结构基础实现整合的连续过程;(3)应用性共性技术是企业自主创新能力形成与转化的关键。

Analysis of Firm Technological Capability Structure Based on Activity Theory |

| Abstract: | Taking Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd as the typical case study, the paper explores the evolu-tionary process of corporate technological capability structure in China. The in-depth case study is conducted to ex-plain how TC structure evolves in the innovation process by using SAT framework. The paper finds that: (1) The development of Chinese corporate technological capability structure experiences stages from proprietary technology, applied generic technology to basic generic technology, which implies that firms using their own resources to im-proving the quality of internal resources and gradually showed a trend of diversification and centralization of exter-nal cooperation; (2) Technical capability structure evolution is the process of constantly absorbing external innova-tion resources with existing technology basis to implement integration of continuous technology progress; (3) The key to develop corporate independent innovation capability is improving the applied generic technology. |
