| 摘 要： | 市场经济条件，教师的职业道德建设面临着严峻的挑战，全面实施素质教育又对师德建设提出更新，更高的要求。大力加强师德建设是摆在我们面前的一项重要而又十分紧迫的课题。我们必须采取切实可行的，具有可操作性的措施，优化环境，加强教育，正确引导，健全制度，取得实际效果。
