| 摘 要： | 高校基层团组织是高校共青团工作的基础，是团的工作和活动的基本单位，它与广大青年学生保持着最直接最广泛的联系，是高等教育的重要育人基地之一。当前重庆共青团工作进入全团前列，重庆共青团事业整体迈入科学发展新阶段。但在基层团组织建设方面仍然存在一些薄弱环节。作者据此探讨当前重庆高校基层团组织建设和管理中存在的问题．对如何加强高校基层团组织建设提出了相应对策，以期加强高校基层团组织建设．充分发挥团组织在共青团事业发展的应有职能。

| Abstract: | College grassroots organizations are the basis of the work of college CYL.They have the most direct and extensive contact with young students and also the important base for educating students.Nowadays,the work of Chongqing CYL has got the great achievement but still has the poor parts and problems in grassroots organization construction.For these problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures in order to improve the construction of college grassroots organization. |
