| 摘 要： | 随着经济社会的不断发展，城市建筑也在发生着日新月异的变化，城市小区住宅已不再是人们旧观念里的单一色调。在视觉艺术中色彩占有重要地位，住宅区建筑色彩的形式组合应该以满足大众审美的需求为准则。色彩设计作为建筑设计中的一个重要环节，也是建筑结构体系中的一部分。住宅区色彩规划要保证住宅区色彩的有序更新，新的色彩规划方案要在现状色彩基础上实现继承和更新。

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of social economy, also in the rapid changes in urban construction, urban residential area is no longer the past people's old ideas in a single standard. The form of residential build?ing color combination should be based on the requirement of the mass aesthetic standards, colour occupies an im?portant position in the category of the visual arts. Color design as an important part in the architectural design, is also part of the building structure system. Residential area color planning is a gradual process, in principle, to en?sure the residential color order update, requires a new color planning must be based on the status quo of color ex?ist to the new change of the old and inheritance. |
