| 摘 要： | 文中所讨论的文化差异是指中国汉族文化与西方国家(主要是英美国家)文化的差异,特别是容易引起跨文化交际障碍的非语言交际方式——目视行为与面部表情。本文从跨文化交际的角度论述了中西方在目视行为和面部表情方面的文化差异,强调了全面了解和正确对待中西方文化差异的重要意义。

| Abstract: | The cultural differences discussed in this paper refer to the contrasts between the Chinese culture and those of Western countries, especially those of the United States of America and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the paper focuses on way of non - verbal communication which may bring about barriers in cross - cultural communication -eye - contacts and facial expressions. From the aspect of intercultural communication, the writer illustrates the cultural dissimilarities in eye - contacts and facial expressions in China and Western countries and attaches importance to the significance of complete understanding and proper attitude towards the cultural differences between China and the Western countries. |
