| 摘 要： | 高职高专院校的建设需要以师资队伍建设为基础．师资队伍的建设，对于西藏高职高专院校的发展起着举足轻重的作用。西藏高职高专师资队伍教学水平滞后，难以适应高职高专教育事业的发展需要。高职高专院校和教育主管部门要充分利用西藏有限的高职高专教育资源，加强高职高专师资队伍建设，为西藏高职高专教育快速良性发展提供有效保障，以适应西藏社会经济发展的要求．

| Abstract: | The construction of higher vocational institutions should be based on the building of teaching body,which plays an important part in the development of higher vocational institutions in Tibet.Teaching level of teachers in those schools is rather low and can not meet the needs of development of higher vocational education.Educational departments in charge of higher vocational institutions should make full use of limited higher vocational education resources in Tibet,enhance the building of teaching body,provide effective safeguard for the fast and benign development of higher vocational education in Tibet to fit the demand of social and economic development of Tibet. |
