| 摘 要： | 基础教育信息化是一个复杂系统，其构成要素主要有信息基础设施、信息技术课程、信息技术应用、信息化相关人员四个方面。从这四个要素分析我国基础教育信息化的现状和存在的问题，提出基础教育信息化可持续发展策略，有助于认识基础教育信息化系统的复杂性和发展的紧迫性，为基础教育信息化的可持续发展政策制定提供参考。
