| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代已初见端倪，如何根据知识经济的特点实现科技期刊的创新，是每位期刊编辑所必须解决的问题。章结合知识经济的特点和办刊实际，分析了实现科技期刊创新的思路、方法和措施。指出：更新观念是实现创新的前提；丰富的知识储备是实现创新的必要条件；改革是实现创新的必由之路。

| Abstract: | The age of the knowledge-economy has an inkling of the matter.The innovation of the scientific and technological periodicals based on the features of the knowledge economy is a problem waiting to be solved by each editor of the periodicals.This paper analyses the path,the method and the measures of innovating such periodicals in regard to the features of the knowledge-economy and the reality,and points out that,to realize the innovation,updating the concept is the premise,enriching the storage of the knowledge is the necessary condition,and the reform is the inevitable way. |
