摘    要:近年来,在我国扩大内需、刺激消费等政策的刺激下,跨国零售巨头纷纷看好中国零售市场,并掀起了大规模的扩张浪潮,同时内资零售巨头也通过兼并、重组等方式进行扩张。零售业人才需求量由此不断增加。目前我国零售企业人力资源管理存在一些突出问题,如员工总体素质不高、流动率居高不下、企业不重视员工的培训等。解决这些问题,必须注重员工培训、合理规划人力资源、加强企业文化建设等。
