| 摘 要： | 在经济全球化进程中,中国的国家主权面临着中国弱势与西方强势、民族性与全球性、社会主义与资本主义、和平稳定环境与非安全因素上升、政府调控与世界市场化的矛盾。这些矛盾使中国国家主权在社会制度、意识形态、国家安全等领域的行使中出现了新的问题。为此,中国必须构建国家安全、制度建设、市场发育、国际环境四位一体的国家主权应对战略。

| Abstract: | In the process of economic globalization,China's national sovereignty is faced with the contradictions of China's weakness and western strength,of nationality and globalization,of socialism and capitalism,of reaceful steady environment and unpeaceful elements,of government control and marketability.These contradictions lead to new problems of national sovereignty exercise in social system,ideology and national safety.Thus,China has to construct a quaternity of national sovereignty stragety with national safety,system construction,market development and international environment. |
