当代中小学教师基本教学能力标准的研制与反思

摘    要:研制教师教学能力标准并应用于教师的培养与考核是当前之急需。我国中小学教师基本教学能力标准的研究应该以新时代教育教学的新发展和新需求为导向,以教师专业发展理论为依据,以教师教学能力概念及其分类的厘定为基础,以规范性(科学性、专业化和可操作性)为原则。中小学教师基本教学能力标准的主体内容框架应该由能力类别、每一类别所包括的项目内容、每一个项目内容的观测点及其每个观测点的能力行为表现所构成。在研制中小学教师基本教学能力标准时应该秉承以教育实践为取向、体现能力本位观、洋为中用和强调中国特色的理念。
