| 摘 要： | 本文分析江西省房地产市场的现状,提出改善房地产市场问题的对策。房地产是我国经济的基础。但是,近年来出现了房价过高、住房供应结构不合理、调控政策效果不明显、开发商囤积土地和推迟开盘等问题,要解决这些问题,需要政府严格贯彻与执行中央政策,严厉打击囤地、囤房等违纪行为,改善住房供应结构。
