| 摘 要： | 随着我国房地产市场的快速发展,南昌市房地产业取得了巨大的成就,南昌市房地产市场发展呈现出持续稳定的势态。本文在分析南昌市房地产现状的基础上,针对存在的问题提出了一些相应的建议,并对南昌市房地产未来发展趋势作出了预测。

| Abstract: | With China's rapid development of the real estate market,Nanchang City real estate industry has obtained the huge achievement,The real estate market of Nanchang city has presented developing and steady state.Based on the analysis of Nanchang City real estate on the basis of the status,to explore the current situation reason,and forecast the City`s development trend,In view of the existing problems and puts forward some useful suggestions. |
