| 摘 要： | 随着高校大学生招生规模的不断扩大,每年进入社会的高校毕业生人数急剧增长,网络招聘成为大学生就业的一种快捷有效的就业渠道。文章分析了目前众多招聘形式中网络招聘的优势,给出能有效促进大学生就业的校园招聘网站的设计规划。
