| Abstract: | The implement of quality education brings forward a higher request to the teachers in charge of classes. Schoolmasters must think much of the establishment and improvement of the contingent. They should begin with a strict selection of teachers in charge of classes. a setting of new idea for quality education,the study of scientific education theory.the improvement of their art and techniques Of education and the exertion of domino effect of the authority of the teachers in charge of classes and etc. So they can strike up a contingent of both moral and talent with high quality and great power. |
