| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了二战期间大韩民国临时政府和法国临时政府外交活动的异同。指出他们都希望尽快得到国际社会的承认,都得到了流亡所在国的支持,但均遭到了美国的冷遇。然而,前者外交活动的主要对象仅限于中、美等大国,后者则取得了更广泛的支持;前者把工作重心放在了外交活动上,后者则放在了壮大实力方面;前者的外交活动建立在道义的基础之上,后者则建立在必要的实力基础之上。正是这些不同,导致了两者迥异的命运。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the similarities and differences between Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea and Provisional Government of France in their diplomatic policies and activities during the Second World War. As provisional governments, they shared some similarities: they both wanted to gain diplomatic recognition from other countries as soon as possible. They were both rejected by the USA, but both gained support from the countries where they resided. However, they also had their own characteristics: for Korea, their diplomatic policies and activities mainly focused on China, the USA and other big powers, and they put more stress on diplomatic affairs and applied themselves to gaining moral support from big powers. But for France, they extended their massive diplomatic policies and activities to and obtained wide support from many different countries instead of gaining support from big powers alone. At the same time they made great effort to increase their own strength and based their diplomatic activities on strength. And it was just these differences that led the two provisional governments to totally different fates. |
