| 摘 要： | 通过对中日美三国关于大众体育场地设施的政策法规与管理模式进行比较研究,从中找出中国大众体育场地设施管理中的不足,并提出相应的对策:加大政府投入;调动社会各界力量建设体育场地设施的积极性;全面地推进现有体育场地设施向社会开放。

| Abstract: | Through comparative analysis of laws and management models of the public sport grounds and facilities of China,Japan and U.S.,the paper points out the inadequacy of the management in China and proposes the corresponding countermeasures,i.e,increasing government investment,motivating the initiative of the public to construct the sport facilities and promoting the opening of the current sport facilities to the society. |
