| 摘 要： | 旅游业是非常朝阳而又脆弱的行业，目前国际国内的形势对中国旅游业面临危机事件的挑战是不容忽视的。在全球化时代与中国进入社会经济的转型期，未来可能的危机事件将从多方面考验中国旅游业持续发展的能力。中国旅游业应当提高危机管理能力；提高旅游业自身的“免疫力”；提高旅游管理部门与公众基于信任的互动水平。
