| 摘 要： | 针对各界对中国高校兴办高新技术产业所抱有的种种疑虑，提出了这样的观点：中国高校兴办高新技术产业是主动适应国情、努力满足社会发展需求及促进自身发展的历史性选择；之所以如此选择，主要的原因是国家综合国力提升具有这样的强烈需求、国内研发力量配置格局给高校留下了创新空间、符合与社会协同发展的历史趋势、拓展了高校办学经费来源的途径等。
