| 摘 要： | 以人为本,构建和谐企业文化,是现代企业管理在“以物为本”的基础上的一大进步。“以人为本”强调“人”是企业文化的缔造者,注重培养企业的民主氛围,充分挖掘“人”的潜能,关注人在企业中的全面发展,从而构建出和谐的企业文化,引导企业朝着健康的方向进行可持续性发展。
