| 摘 要： | 能动性研究生科研管理,是指研究生科研管理者尊重教育规律、管理规律和科研规律,通过调动研究生及其导师的主观能动性,促进研究生科研工作的开展而进行的各种管理活动。具体到英语专业,运用能动性科研管理方法,应注重被管理者的互动,营造宽松、民主的和谐氛围;改革考核科研与教学成果的制度设计,激发研究生导师指导学生进行科研工作的能动性;创造条件加强学术交流,为研究生提供科研实践的机会。

| Abstract: | The initiative scientific research management of graduate students means various kinds of management activities. If applying the method into English majors,it should attach importance to interactions of those are managed,and create a loose, democratic and harmonious atmosphere;reform the system of scientific research management and teaching achievements assessments, stimulate the initiative of supervisors guide students＇ scientific researches.Create conditions so as to strengthen academic exchanges, and provide graduates with opportunities of scientific research practice. |
