| 摘 要： | 通过分析检漏机的工作原理，从系统构成、硬件要求以及软件编程方面详细介绍了PLC在系统控制中的应用；通过采用气压差式检漏仪，有效实现容器的密封性测试。该系统检测精度高，适用范围广，使用维护方便，在实际生产中取得良好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the application of PLC to the control system in structure, hardware and program of the software by analysis of the working principle of leak hunting machines. With the leak hunting apparatus working under different atmospheric pressure, the tests of airproof containers can be carried out effectively. The system is characterized by high precision, wide range for use, easy operation , and convenient maintenance, which has brought economical benefit in use. |
