| 摘 要： | 镁间人体中的宏量元素，在细胞和体液中主要以离子形式存在。Mg^ 是300多种酶的辅助因子，因而它对维持机体正常生命活动起着非常重要的作用。本文主要介绍和评述Mg^ 参与机体能量代谢、大分子物合成和代谢、遗传信息的传递和表达等五个方面的生理生化功能。

| Abstract: | Magnesium is grand element in human body.Ion is existent form of m agnesium in cells and body fluid.Magnesium ions are assistant factor of three hu ndred enzymes.Therefore,Mg + + is an important factor for keeping normal funct ion of human body.The article introduces and comments on physiological and bioch emical functions of five aspects of magnesium ion on energy metabolism,participa ting in great molecule synthesizing and metabolism,participating in the transfer ring and expressing of genetic information to human body. |
