| 摘 要： | 自1993年以来,我国对外贸易连年顺差,成为我国国际收支顺差和国际储备不断增加,贸易摩擦不断升级的重要原因。如何减少贸易顺差已成为不得不做出的策略性选择。目前我国已经采取了一系列扩大进口、抑制出口的政策。在此经济背景下,对这两种策略进行SWOT分析,结合中长期调控目标,提出如何趋利避害,双管齐下“压顺差”的策略选择对平衡贸易收支具有现实意义。

| Abstract: | An favorable annual international trade balance since 1993 has caused a surplus on our country's balance of payments and an increase in foreign exchange reserve.This has heightened trade frictions.Therefore,its key strategy is to reduce trade surplus.The paper focuses on exerting medium-term and long-range objective,namely measuring trade surplus,with SWOT analysis on increasing imports and controlling exports,based on recent background. |
