| 摘 要： | 颜色词是每一个民族文化和语言中不可缺少的重要部分。就颜色词语的内涵而言,所表示的色彩是一致的,而在英语与汉语中,由于传统文化,语言习惯,历史背景等方面的差异,一样的颜色,其词语具有不同的象征意义,适用的场合也不一样。颜色词中的代表颜色红、白、黑、黄、绿、紫、粉红等由于不同的语言习惯、历史背景和传统习俗导致了英汉网种语言中文化内涵的不同。

| Abstract: | Color terms play a very important part in culture and language. To its implication,they reflect the same color. But the same color terms have different implication and been used on different occasion in Chinese and English,as their different traditional culture,language custom and historical background. This paper takes red,white,black,yellow,green,purple and pink as examples to study the different semantic connotations of them when they compose with phrase with other words in Chinese and English cultures by means of contrast. It indicates that due to different language habits,historic background,traditional customs and result different cultures. |
