| Abstract: | The location of civilian-run colleges and universities wants the help and guidance of the government's policy: The first is that the government must set up the developing plan for civilian-run colleges and universities and guides location. The second is the government sets up diversified quality idea, strengthens quality evaluation. The third is that the government carries out the help policy for the civilian-run colleges and universities that are accurately located and have clear feature, or helps them by loan. The fourth is the government supervises, urges and guides the civilian-run colleges and universities to run school according to laws, normalize management and enhance school-running level. |
