| 摘 要： | 中国监察制度自秦汉创立，在隋唐时期得到重大变革，形成了比较完备的御史台制度。特别是唐代的御史台机构完整，所属台、殿和察三院分工明确，制度健全，职权扩大，对唐代的发展与稳定起到了非常重要作用。本文主要从唐代御史台制度的发展历程出发，简述其机构设置和主要职能，并结合我国现行监察制度的实际去寻找一定的有益借鉴。
