高职课堂教学实效性策略研究与实践

摘    要:如何以高职院校课堂教学实效性为抓手,探索提高高职院校教学质量的教学策略,对于推进职业教育人才培养模式改革具有十分重要的现实意义。导致高职院校课堂教学效率不高的原因是多方面的.从微观层面看。主要存在课程目标定位、教学设计、课程评价、教师专业实践等方面的原因。基于建构主义学习理念.通过分析课堂教学有效性的特征,提出提高课堂教学实效性的策略:以发展为价值本位。构建全新的课堂教学目标;以任务中心为课程模式,组织系统的课程内容;以尊重为交流基础,建设积极的课堂环境:以对话为教学范式。组织多重互动的课堂活动;以实践活动为依托,转变学生学习方式;以校企合作为保障。建立开放多元的课程评价体系;通过教师专业实践与自我反思,促进教师专业成长。

Abstract:Emphasizing the importance of class teaching effectiveness and exploring teaching strategy to improve teaching quality in higher vocational schools is significant to promote the revolution of how to nurture competent students in higher vocational schools. There are many reasons resulting the low effectiveness of class teaching, such as the setting of a class objective, teaching design, courses evaluation, and teachers' practice on their specialty and so on. Put forward some strategies to advance teaching effectiveness by analyzing the characteristics of it based on constructivism learning theory; construct a new class teaching objective based on the value of development; organize systemic teaching content based on the task-centered course model; build active class atmosphere based on respectful communication; organize multi-interactive class activities based on dialogues; converse students' learning methods based on practice; establish an open course evaluation system based on the solid cooperation between colleges and enterprises; encourage teachers to improve their specialty based on their practice and self-reflection.
