摘    要:"开放与共享"是开放教育的本质,"开放与共享"的关键在于优质教学资源的供给。需求与供给的不平衡成为开放教育发展中的障碍,也成为开放教育的现实困境。教学资源的共建共享成为开放教育发展的必然选择,如何突破现有困境,找出开放教育共建共享的合理路径机制,是开放教育切实可行的发展之道。

Abstract:"Opening and sharing" is the essence of open education, the key point for opening and sha- ring is providing high quality teaching resources. The imbalance of supply and demand has become obsta- cles in the development of open education, which is also the realistic predicament in open education. Co- building and sharing of teaching resources become an inevitable choice for the development of open educa- tion. It is the practical development path for open education to break through the existing dilemma to find out the reasonable path mechanism for co-building and sharing.
