| Abstract: | There are three stages of the history of the Chinese Assocration of Seience of Science and S&T Policy Research. Many achievements have been taken since the association was founded. In the new era, we should do more innovation to constract the Chinese socialist modernization, introduced by the spirit of the sixteen congress of the party. |
