| 摘 要： | 近20年来，我国各地方非营利体育组织发展迅速。但在管理的理念和方法上，大多采用政府行政管理模式，使这一组织陷入了低效率运行的困境。战略管理方法的导入，能够最大限度地动员组织资源以保证非营利体育组织的宗旨、目标得以实现。借鉴国内外非营利组织战略管理的成功经验，将我国非营利体育组织战略管理的程序和内容设计为“准备、设计、实施、评估”等4个阶段构成的一个系统工程，以提高组织的运行效率。

| Abstract: | In recent twenty years, the non - profit sports organization at all over the China develops very fast, However, the management method and concept adopts the government administration pattern and caused the low efficiency. The introduction of strategic management can limit mobilize the organization resources to guarantee, seeks to make a profit the Sports organization＇s objective and realizes the goal. Based on successful experience of non - profit organization at home and abroad, our non - profit sport organization should be designed as a systems engineering in order to improve the operation efficiency. |
