| 摘 要： | 高职教育必须以市场需求为导向,以人才培养模式的创新为教育教学改革的突破口,构建新型的高职教学模式,培养社会急需的应用型人才。公共英语教学是高职教育的重要组成部分,为今后实现劳动力的可持续发展具有非常重要的作用。高职英语必须在人才培养目标的定位、教材内容的选取、实践教学的运用、教学评价的多样化、教学团队的建设等方面进行一系列的改革。

| Abstract: | Polytechnic college education must be oriented with the market demand.It must use personnel training model innovation as a breakthrough in educational reform,building a new type teaching vocational,and training the applied talents needed by society.English teaching is a necessary part of vocational education.It plays an important role in achieving the sustainable development of the labor force for the future.Polytechnic college English must be carried on the reform of system in talent training objectives,course system construction,practice teaching system,teaching evaluation mechanism,and teaching team construction. |
