摘    要:信息经纪市场是信息市场和经纪市场相互融合后分化出来的分市场,它包括信息买方、卖方、管理方和经纪方4个构成要素。信息经纪市场的市场机制就是由这些构成要素的相互作用、相互影响和相互制约所形成的信息商品的供求机制、价格机制和竞争机制共同构成的。

Abstract:The activity of information receiving is a popular behaviour of kuman , the principle of information receiving is the generaation and summation of the essence and lav of the activity of information receiving This paper discusses rather detailly the basic principle of information receiving and its guiding role; the principle of subjective nature and its guiding role; the principle of objective nature and its guiding role ; the principle of optimization aad its guiding role on the basis of discribing and determining the foundation of the principle of information receiving .
