| 摘 要： | 示范法教学是武术教学中最常用的一种直观教学法。它是教师通过具体的动作示范,使学生在头脑中建立起所学习动作的表象,以了解所学动作的结构、要领和方法。因此,武术教学中正确的动作示范,不仅可以使学生获得必要的直观感受,以提高学生掌握动作要领的效率,而且还可以提高学生学习兴趣,激发学生学习的积极性和自觉性,有利于形成正确的动力定型。所以,示范教学在体育教学中的作用尤为重要。
