| 摘 要： | 文章以世界第一搏击运动的跆拳道运动为研究对象，探究大众跆拳道与竞技跆拳道在民族地区发展的问题发现：在民族地区开展大众跆拳道可以促进全民健身的推广等优势，并且提出了在民族地区开展竞技跆拳道的必要性与跆拳道运动员的培养方式，为民族地区跆拳道的开展提供一个理论性的指导。

| Abstract: | Taking Taekwondo as study subject,the paper compares mass Taekwondo and competitive Taekwondo in the ethnic areas and finds out that mass Taekwondo in ethnic areas can promote the development of mass fitness development,and the study finds out the feasibility of developing competitive Taekwondo and the ways of athletes cultivation,for the purpose of finding some theoretical directions for ethnic area Taekwondo development. |
