浅谈跆拳道运动员的身体素质训练

摘    要:跆拳道是一项利用拳和脚进行搏击的对抗性运动。随着运动员技战术水平的不断提高,对运动员的力量、速度、柔韧、耐力、灵敏各方面的素质要求也在提高。文章通过查阅大量文献资料,结合自身带队经验及训练实践,根据跆拳道项目的特点和规律,对跆拳道运动员的身体素质训练的具体方法和注意事项进行了分析研究,供跆拳道教练员或运动员作参考。
