| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料研究法、调查法和数理统计法对高校武术专业课程设置进行分析与优化,优化方案的各项指标内容均得到专家认定,具有可行性。结论指出：课程优化方案中设置的限选方向可以按照社会现实需求和未来发展增减及组合不同特色的课程群,从而提高民族传统体育课程的育人功能,更好地服务社会,推动社会发展,同时,高校武术专业课程优化体系的建立可以对民族传统体育专业的健康发展以及课程体系的改革与建设提供理论依据和有益参考,将有利于民族传统体育专业培养符合时代要求的人才。
