| 摘 要： | 近代以来，随着社会环境的变迁和西方体育的冲击，传统武术的生存和发展遭遇了前所未有的挫折。近年来，泰拳、跆拳道、柔道、空手道、剑道等东方优秀武技也加速了在我国的推广进程，这对于已经处于濒危境地的传统武来说更是雪上加霜。如何应对挑战、与时俱进是关乎传统武术生死存亡的大事。在深刻分析之后，文章认为复兴传统武术必须重视对青少年群体进行传统文化教育。并且只有将这种教育制度化、体系化才可能重塑传统武术新形象，再次焕发她的魅力，守住传统武术最后的阵地。
