| 摘 要： | 随着东北振兴战略的实施和东北亚区域经济合作的深入发展,延边的劳务输出已成为延边经济增长的重要支柱产业,成为增加居民收入、提高人们素质、推进工业化和城市化进程的现实选择。近年随着我国对外开放政策环境的改善和韩国劳务体制的改革,延边州合法出国劳务人员的比例大幅攀升,劳务经济面临新的发展机遇。本文通过对延边发展劳务经济面临的机遇分析,指出延边劳务输出存在的问题,并提出促进延边劳务经济发展的对策建议。

| Abstract: | With the implementation of the Northeast Area Revitalization strategy and the development of Northeast Asia regional economic co-operation,the labor service export has become an important pillar industry for the economic growth of Yanbian,and a practical choice to increase its residents’income,improve people’s quality and propel the processes of industrialization and urbanization.With the improvement of China’s opening-up environment and the labor services system reform of South Korea in recent years,the legal oversea labor proportion in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture increases substantially,bringing new development opportunities to its labor service economy.The paper,by analyzing these opportunities,reveals the existing problems in Yanbian’s labor service export and puts forward advice and solutions to promote the development of Yanbian labor service economy. |
