| Abstract: | Meta cognition, also called introspective cognition, it had been used to refer to knowledge about cognition or the regulation of cognition. Meta cognitive strategies are one of two general kinds of learning strategies which involve evaluating, managing and monitoring the cognitive strategies. In this article, the author tries to explore the application of meta cognitive strategies in English teaching. |
