| 摘 要： | 在全球化时代,文化因素的重要性日益突出.当今日益严峻的国家文化主权问题是伴随着文化全球化而凸现的.文化全球化凸现出文化主权与文化霸权的冲突问题.面对西方的文化霸权,中国要从根本上捍卫国家文化主权、保障国家文化安全,必须制定对外文化战略、发展先进文化、加快经济发展、建设文化产业和加强网络建设.

| Abstract: | At globalization ages the importance of the cultural factor is increasingly outstanding.Nowadays the increasingly rigorous problems of national cultural sovereignty accompany with the cultural globalization then highlight.The cultural globalization highlights the conflict problems of the cultural sovereignty and the cultural hegemony.Facing the cultural hegemony of the west,if China wants to defend the national cultural sovereignty and guarantee national cultural security by the root,she has to draw up outward cultural strategy, develop advanced culture,speed up the economy development,construct the cultural industry and strengthen the network construction. |
