| 摘 要： | 长篇小说《女勇士》反映了几个华人女性向传统的中国男权社会所提出的挑战,表现了她们被压抑的女性意识的觉醒。“女勇士”的形象寄托了“母亲”和“我”两代华裔女性的理想。但“女勇士”的形象在许多方面还是体现了男权社会的价值观,这既是小说中的矛盾与困惑,也反映了女权主义运动自身的矛盾和问题。

| Abstract: | This essay mainly concerns the challenges given by several Chinese women to the traditional patriarchal society,to show their suppressed awareness of feminist consciousness.Both“ Mother ” and “ I ” place their hope on the image of“ the Woman Warrio r”,but the image reflects value standards in the male-dominated society.It embodies conflict and puzzle in the novel as well as contradiction and problems in the feminism. |
