| 摘 要： | 通过对比教练员岗位培训工作在东北三省,江、浙、沪地区,湖南、广东、湖北三省,四川、贵州、甘肃三省开展的现状、特点、以及存在的问题,并在此基础上探讨其共性和差异,分析教练员岗位培训在全国开展的整体情况,从而为各个地区教练员岗位培训工作相互取长补短,促进其协调,可持续发展提供借鉴和帮助。

| Abstract: | This paper compares the current situations,characteristics,and problems of sports coach training among four different territories,including three provinces in Chinese southeast,Zhe Jiang,Jiang Su,Shang Hai three provinces,Hu Nan,Guang Dong,Hu Bei three provinces,and Si Chuan,Gui Zhou,Gan Su three provinces.On this basis,through discussing on the common traits and differences and analyzing the general condition of sports coach training in China,this paper,in order to enhance the sustained and harmonious development of coach training as well as strengthen the cooperation between different areas,provides some useful and theoretical advice and helps. |
